Re: Engagement for Accountancy Services

We are pleased to confirm that Sandsford Ltd (“Sandsford”) will assist you by appointing an independent accountant to provide accountancy services as outlined below.

Scope of Services

Sandsford will appoint a suitably qualified and independent accountant who will handle your accountancy needs, including but not limited to:

  • Filing your Self Assessment Accounts for one tax year

These services will be delivered in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Appointment of Independent Accountant

Sandsford Ltd will engage [Accountant’s Name or Firm] (“the Accountant”) on your behalf, and they will act as your accountant for the duration of this engagement. While Sandsford will facilitate this appointment, the accountant will be directly responsible for providing all accountancy services and for complying with professional standards.

Responsibilities and Authorisation

In order for the Accountant to provide these services, you agree to supply all necessary documentation, records, and other information required in a timely manner. You authorise Sandsford and the Accountant to communicate directly with relevant authorities, including HMRC, on your behalf as needed.

Fees and Payment Terms

The fees for the accountancy services will be charged directly by Sandsford . These Fees are payable upfront and non refundable after 14 days.

Limitation of Liability

Sandsford’s role in this engagement is limited to the introduction and facilitation of services. As such, Sandsford will not be liable for any professional advice or services provided by the Accountant. Any queries or concerns related to the services must be directed to the Accountant.

Termination of Services

This agreement may be terminated by either party in writing, within the first 14 days. In the event of termination, you will remain responsible for any outstanding fees and costs incurred up to the termination date.

Please sign and return a copy of this letter to indicate your acceptance of the terms outlined above.
